The Palma Convention Center has become a member of the International Association of Conference Centers (AIPC), the largest professional network of convention center managers in the world, which brings together more than 185 leading centers in 60 countries.
The main objective of AIPC is to encourage and recognize excellence in convention center management, providing tools to achieve the highest quality standards through its research, education and networking programs.
Because of this accession, the Palma Convention Center subscribes to the principles of excellence promoted by the Association and which are a guarantee of internationally recognized quality in the industry.
In addition, it will access the methodology of Ipsos (one of the world's leading companies in market research) to carry out its satisfaction surveys, which will allow the Convention Center to evaluate the quality of the events hosted at its facilities and the satisfaction of the meeting planners.
As a member of AIPC, the Palma Convention Center will have access to the training and professional development programs of the AIPC Academy, which offers its members specialized training aimed at improving management skills.
