The link between the Balearic capital and its gastronomy continues to consolidate thanks to its products, to its traditional recipes that are centuries old but with innovative elements, and their restaurants, captained by chefs of international prestige.

Whether tasting a traditional “llonguet” or a delicious plate in a restaurant with Michelin star, visiting a popular market or tasting an “ensaimada” in a local forn, the taste of Palma conquers its visitors’ senses with its culinary proposals, its ingredients and know-how.
