Big success in the global presentation of T-Roc, the new Volkswagen crossover
The Palma Convention Center has hosted for more than five weeks the global presentation of T-Roc, the new Volkswagen crossover, which has become the most important car event of the year in Palma, attended by more than 12,000 participants, dealers of the German brand in more than 28 countries. This is the biggest event held in the Palma Convention Center to date, since it was inaugurated last May.
During the event, the attendees could appreciate the facilities’ quality and the own food & beverage service offered by the Convention Center, as they reflected in the satisfaction surveys. All of them were accommodated at the Meliá Hotels International’s facilities in the “Paseo Maritimo” promenade, with almost 14,000 stays, and also had the opportunity to enjoy a gastronomic route in Palma; a complementary experience to this work trip that reveals the attractions of the city as a destination for meetings and events Tourism.
The Palma Convention Center General Manager, Ramon Vidal, expressed his satisfaction for the event’s big success, and according to his words, "we have shown that we have the best facilities and the most qualified team to make this Convention Center a reference in Europe for the MICE Tourism".
